Service Description
A slow, nurturing facial for the woman who spends so much of her time caring for others. Within this facial is the opportunity to pause, switch off, receive and reconnect with yourself. There is no pressure for us to talk, you can choose a quiet appointment if that is what you wish. Arrive and rest, whilst your skin, senses and nervous system are cared for. All products used are natural and of organic origin from the brand Tropic. Suitable for sensitive skin as well as skin conditions. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for booking your time to pause, slow down and receive some well-deserved care. Please take a moment to read the following before your appointment. Booking & payment 1. Your appointment is secured once your booking has been confirmed. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations & rescheduling 1. I completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give me at least **72 hours' notice** wherever possible. 2. With 48 hours' notice, I'm happy to move your appointment to another available time. 3. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at **50% of the treatment price** 4. If you don't attend your appointment without contacting me, the full treatment fee may be charged. 5. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you'll always be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund. Arriving late 1. Your appointment is designed to be slow and unrushed, so please arrive on time where possible. 2. If you're late, I may need to shorten the treatment so that I can finish at the agreed time. The full treatment price will still apply. Your skin & wellbeing 1. Before your appointment, you'll be asked to complete a consultation form so I can understand your skin, skincare routine, allergies/sensitivities and any relevant circumstances. 2. Please be honest and let me know about anything that could affect your treatment. 3. For your safety, I may need to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if I feel that it isn't appropriate to proceed on the day. During your treatment 1. The Pause is your time. You are welcome to chat, be quiet, ask questions, change your mind about anything or let me know if something doesn't feel comfortable. 2. Please tell me immediately if you experience any discomfort or sensitivity during your treatment. Reiki add-on 1. Reiki is an optional addition to your facial and is offered as a relaxation and wellbeing experience. It is not a medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for medical care. 2. If you need to cancel or change your Reiki add-on, the same cancellation policy applies. Your comfort matters 1. My intention is for you to feel safe, comfortable, cared for and completely unhurried during your time with me.
